Sort Sessions
Let's tackle those paper organizing projects you've had on your list for far too long! Here are some suggestions and products that you're welcome to knock out during the 3 hour open session.
SUNDAY BASKET FOLLOW-UP Struggling to keep up with your Sunday Basket? Because these SORT sessions are conducted at the same time as our Sunday Basket training, it's the perfect time to get some accountability and extra support with your own Sunday Basket. Think of this as a monthly boost to go through ALL the slash pockets and get serious about the items living inside them! KIDS' MEMORY BOXES + BINDERS Make your own boxes with a clear file container and a set of 15-20 hanging files. If you're short on time, we can assemble the box and label your files ahead of time (container and file color subject to change based on availability). Just let us know when you register! If you're more of a binder person, you can use this binder by Organize 365. |
FINANCIAL + MEDICAL BINDERS
Make your own binder with a 1.5" inch D-ring binder, Avery 10 Tab Dividers (#11135), clear sheet protectors, and our editable/printable document Ducks in a Row | All Your Vital Information In One Place. Each section color coordinates with the Avery 10 Tabs so that you can easily find what you're looking for! If you're short on time, we can assemble it for you and email you the PDF and Excel files for reference. Organize 365 also has some great financial and medical binders! The important part is that you organize your information and know where it is. If you're not ready for a binder, start by simply sorting all your financial and medical information into manilla folders. We can help you!
PHOTO ORGANIZING
If you're over 28, chances are you've got some printed photos stashed in a box. If you're over 50, you've got thousands more. Bring your boxes and we'll help you determine whether you should sort your photos by person, date, or event. We'll also suggest ways to best store your sorted photos and what options exist for digital organization.
HOME MANAGEMENT + REFERENCE BINDERS
Homeowners tend to keep a lot more paper than they should when it comes to their properties. We recommend having a binder with clear sheet protectors and dividers for each room or major system in the house to "catch" all those random house papers you don't want to forget about. If you're really into documenting, you can purchase a Home Reference Binder or Home Operations Binder from Organize 365. Many other options exist. Invest in a system that works for you!
MEAL PLANNING BINDERS
Looking for a logical way to organize your recipes so that they HELP you plan out your weekly meals? We've got a solution that includes a grocery list too! You can purchase our digital download (link coming soon!) and invest in a 2-3" binder with 16 slash pocket dividers, or we can assemble the product for you. Just let us know when you register!
Registration is $30 and total time is 3 hours. This open-session will run during the Sunday Basket workshops, and you'll have opportunity to ask any questions you might have while continuing to work through your papers. You may bring ANY papers to work on and ANY systems you'd like to use. We'll help you sort through your papers and organize them based on your chosen system! There are no refunds or rescheduling options once you register for your class so double check your calendar; however you may transfer your registration to another participant.
Our workshops are held at Lauren's home in Greer, SC near Riverside Middle School.
